My Page is Blank When I Try to Import Elementor Templates

How to Fix the Blank Page Issue When Importing Elementor Templates?

Are you seeing a blank page when using or importing Mc Starters Elementor templates? This usually happens because the templates use Flexbox and Grid Containers, which need to be enabled in Elementor first.

Here’s how to fix it quickly:

Enable Flexbox & Grid Containers in Elementor

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard
  2. Navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features
  3. Enable these experimental features:
    • Flexbox Container
    • Grid Container
  4. Save changes and refresh your page

Watch the Video Below.

Re-import the file

  1. Delete the old import file (Go to Templates > Saved Templates and remove the faulty one).
  2. Re-import the file (Upload it again from your Mc Starters package).

Still Seeing a Blank Page? Try These Fixes

  • Update Elementor – Older versions may cause conflicts.
  • Clear your browser cache – Sometimes, cached data prevents proper loading.
  • Check for plugin conflicts – Temporarily disable other plugins to see if one is interfering.

Why Does This Happen?

Mc Starters templates use modern layout features (Flexbox & Grid) for better responsiveness. If these features are disabled, Elementor can’t render the template correctly—resulting in a blank page.

🔹 Have you tried enabling these settings before?
🔹 Did updating Elementor solve the issue for you?
